New Features & Updates
Updated WYSIWYG Editor for Notes and Descriptions
We’ve refreshed the design of the WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor to align with our overall interface design. This update allows for more descriptive and visually appealing messages within your estimates, making your notes and descriptions clearer, more professional, and easier to read.
Responsive Design for Estimate Share Links
First impressions matter, and now your shared estimates look sharp on any device! The estimate share link is now mobile-friendly, ensuring clients can view estimates on their phones or tablets with a clean, professional presentation.
New Estimate Builder Interface
We’ve completely reimagined the estimate builder, making it more intuitive and user-friendly. This overhaul is the result of direct user feedback and is designed to streamline your workflow, reduce friction, and make it easier than ever to create accurate, winning estimates.

The registration interface has been redesigned to ensure a seamless and responsive experience across all devices, including mobile.Google Sign-In

Rate Cards
- Resolved an issue where users could navigate away from the Rate Card screen after deleting all content. Now, users must address any empty content before proceeding.
- Ensured that the “Role Name” field cannot be left blank on any record within the Rate Card.
- Enforced a requirement for at least one record to be present on any Rate Card, improving data integrity and user experience.

: - The Notes field now allows up to 4,000 characters (previously limited to 1,000 characters).
- Enables more detailed project and estimate documentation without constraints.

Share Views Table Header
Resolved an issue where the table displaying views did not include a header.
- Improved clarity and usability for tracking shared estimates.
- Updated the column for views to track who has accessed shared estimates.
- Differentiates between users and guests for better visibility.
Estimate Description Text

View history can give you insights into your estimate share performance. You can visualize the data with a graph showing dates and viewing trends.
Tooltips for New Estimate Modal
Hover over tooltip icons in the estimate setup for clear, quick explanations of each section.
Improved “Add New” Button Placement
The “Add New” button is now available at both the top and bottom of the estimate.
Easily add global elements without scrolling to the top of the page.

Resolved a movement issue with the note line type controller that caused unintended page shifting when hovering.

Share Option from the Estimate Listing Page
You can now create a shareable link directly from the estimate listing page! Simply click the three-dot menu next to an estimate and select "Share" to streamline client collaboration.
Rich Text Editing for Estimate Descriptions
Add more detail and polish to your estimates with formatted text in the description. The new WYSIWYG editor allows for bolding, italicizing, bullet points, and more when creating a new estimate.

Template Descriptions Automatically Populating
When starting an estimate from a template, the description will now pre-fill correctly, saving you time and ensuring consistency across estimates.
Override Values When Starting from a Template
You can now easily modify values when starting from a template to create a new estimate. This gives you greater flexibility to customize estimates to fit specific project needs. (Change Rate cards, description, and more settings)

Template Rate Card on New Estimates:
Fixed an issue where new estimates created from templates did not automatically apply the template's rate card. Each new estimate will now inherit the template’s rate card, ensuring pricing consistency from the start.
Template Description Auto-Population:
Resolved a bug that prevented the template description from populating automatically in new estimates. Now, estimates generated from templates will automatically include the description, saving time and maintaining alignment with template specifications.
