The estimate share toolbar has been revamped for a more user-friendly experience.

The trial period for new users has been adjusted from 30 days to 14 days.

You can now create a shareable link directly from the estimate listing page! Simply click the three-dot menu next to an estimate and select "Share" to streamline client collaboration.

Add more detail and polish to your estimates with formatted text in the description. The new WYSIWYG editor allows for bolding, italicizing, bullet points, and more when creating a new estimate.

When starting an estimate from a template, the description will now pre-fill correctly, saving you time and ensuring consistency across estimates.

You can now easily modify values when starting from a template to create a new estimate. This gives you greater flexibility to customize estimates to fit specific project needs. (Change Rate cards, description, and more settings)

Simple Estimate v1.4.1

Improved tooltips are now available across the estimate-building process, offering users clear and actionable guidance for each section. These tooltips help users navigate and utilize features more effectively, improving confidence in building accurate estimates.

The Estimate Builder now highlights all editable sections, making it clear where users can customize content. This enhancement removes guesswork, creating a more intuitive editing experience.

Hovering over different sections highlights them and displays context-specific menus, making it easy to locate editing tools. The menu options are reorganized to guide users on which components—such as tasks and notes—are best suited for building structured, professional estimates.

The new interface includes improved colors, contrast, and icons, making key functions like “delete” more visible and easily accessible. This visual upgrade ensures that users can readily identify areas that are movable, editable, or have specific actions available.

Fixed an issue where new estimates created from templates did not automatically apply the template's rate card. Each new estimate will now inherit the template’s rate card, ensuring pricing consistency from the start.

Resolved a bug that prevented the template description from populating automatically in new estimates. Now, estimates generated from templates will automatically include the description, saving time and maintaining alignment with template specifications.
